Thanks for writing this, buddy. It's really exciting to see what someone else makes of the game! A few comments...
Yeah, someone else mentioned the file metadata. I've uploaded another PDF with the correct name!
As for raising skills, was it really not clear from the "Skills" paragraph that you touch two of the five objects to trigger the memories that boost those associated skills? Maybe it's just obvious to me? Interesting how other people read the rules, though...
As you discovered, Momentum is pretty important in the game; you really were handicapping yourself by not using it.
Of course, the full game will have MUCH more space to properly explain rules, give examples ad so on.
Thanks again for playing it; really cool to see your interpretations of different stuff
I wasn’t really confused per se about the skills, just it was not specified if I should choose two or randomly select them. I preferred to randomize it and it worked out fine.
The only part I was truly confused about was the Physical States. You start at 5 presumably, since that is the highest number on the character sheet. But in your table of Physical States, level 5 says that you are Dazed and have a penalty to rolls. So my question is, should you start as Dazed with a penalty? Or should you start at 6 and get Dazed on your first drop to 5 Physical State?
It does illustrate the inherent difficulty in not “seeing” those little rule glitches because, of course, I “just know” The importance of play testing, I guess…

Ah, Physical State starts at 6, but I agree that isn’t clear. It should be. Now, how can I squeeze that onto the sheet, lol
Version 1.2 uploaded with that clarification.
